We are in network with many major dental insurances. We will gladly file your claim for you; however, you are responsible for your account. Insurance companies do not guarantee payment based on the information that they provide us. You are ultimately responsible for knowing your benefits. As a courtesy, each patient will receive an estimate for treatment needed, which will include estimated co-pays and deductibles. This is only an estimate and any amount that is not covered by your insurance is your financial responsibility.
We strive to provide our patient with the best possible estimate of copay based upon the information provided to us from the insurance company. If our estimate varies from actual copay, we will send you an invoice that is due upon receipt.
Full payment or any co-payments are required at the time of the service. We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard. No personal checks are accepted.
