A scheduled appointment is a commitment of time between you and our practice. We have reserved that time just for you. When appointments are missed or cancelled, that time is permanently lost. We ask when you schedule an appointment that you make every effort to keep that commitment.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. There is a $50 fee for missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments. A pattern of non-cancelled missed appointments may result in discharge from the practice.
We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. If you will be late, please let us know. We will make every attempt to see you on the day of your appointment, but this is not guaranteed.
